Court Reporters on Demand has a network of court reporters across the nation that are available at short notice, less than 48 hours, to attend a hearing, arbitration or deposition for your agency at short notice. In some case we can provide a reporter on site with less than two hours notice, in a number of major cities we have a pool of highly experienced reporters available to attend last minute urgent appointments.

Long Term Engagements 

Court Reporters on Demand can provide court reporters for long running trials, arbitrations or depositions anywhere within the 48 contiguous states. We regard any engagement in excess of one-month duration to be a Long-term engagement. Considerable discounts apply for long running engagements. Court Reporters on Demand will act reasonably to accommodate budget requirements for travel, accommodation and pier diem expenses, please contact us to provide us with specific guidance in this regard.

Virtual Reporting

Court Reporters on Demand can provide court reporters to transcribe pre-recorded depositions, arbitrations, committee hearings, agency hearings or court proceedings. We accept all major audio formats and request that any relevant documents also be uploaded along with the audio. Our standard turnaround time is 5 business days, though we do offer expedite and same day turnaround if booked in advance.

Court Reporters on Demand can also provide Real-time reporting streamed over the internet to your office or your clients.  The stream is viewed in a web-browser which can be branded as your company.
