Pricing and Payment

For all new clients we request that you purchase your required attendances, pages and/or minutes in advance, for immediate service. For new clients wishing to be considered for a credit account, you are required to submit a Dun and Bradstreet credit report on your firm to our accounts department, who will then get in contact with you.
To pre-purchase your attendances and pages please call the office.
To pre-purchase your minutes for virtual reporting services please call the office.

An invoice will be sent at the completion of each job advising you of the amount of pre-purchased credit that you have in your account. Should we complete a job and find that you have insufficient page or minutes pre-purchased we will make our best efforts to contact you and advise you of the situation prior to the turn-around deadline so that you can arrange to purchase more credit. However we will not release the transcript until sufficient credit has been purchased.  In such instances where the transcript is released after the turn-around time, due to insufficient credit, we will not be held responsible.


Confidentiality and Non-Compete

Our reporters are trained to present themselves as a reporter from your firm. Our company is never discussed or mentioned to your clients. Our clients are Court Reporting Agencies not Attorneys. Our staff do not freelance they are full-time employees of our firm and will never solicit your clients. We guarantee that your clients will be satisfied with our reporters and will believe that our reporters are part of your regular staff.

All our staff are required to undertake police checks and sign confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements before they commence with Court Reporters On Demand. Court Reporters On Demand enters into a legally binding non-solicitation agreement with your firm when you agree to our terms and conditions. Thus you have 100% confidence that you can engage with our firm knowing that your client relationships are 100% safe.


Service Guarantee

Court Reporters On Demand provides a service guarantee for our service. If we don’t meet the following commitments then the service we provide will be free:

1. Provided that you place an order for one of our reporters at least 48 hours in advance, then we guarantee to meet the delivery turnaround for any booking made or it’s free.
2. We also guarantee that our accuracy will be at least 98%, provided that we have had access to an instruction manual for your transcript conventions for at least one month and received detailed feedback on at least four transcripts that we have provided to you. This guarantee does not apply for our first four jobs for a new client.  However we will of course endeavour to exceed this quality benchmark. Indeed our average transcript quality has been independently certified as 99%.
